Besides the thought that most employers think they can sweep a wrongful termination under the rug after they set up a Target employee for termination, one thing for sure is no employer wants to know the one day targeted to get fired has become a side hustle millionaire later down the road. The narcissist employer did everything they could to try and bring the employee down. And still the rotten employer failed.

How would you feel as an employer if you targeted someone for wrongful termination and later found out the one you did wrong became a millionaire off of the strength of you terminating them in secrecy and there’s nothing you can do about it? It would eat you up inside spiritually and emotionally as an employer, wouldn’t it?
