How to overcome your negative thoughts

When you have to deal with someone or people on an everyday or every other day basis that feeds you nothing but negative energy, your best option is to continue remaining positive and let your Words Be Few. Keeping your mouth and conversation to a minimum is good when having to deal with a toxic person or possibly persons. If someone comes at you and says something to try and get a certain reaction out of you, think positive and say nothing if applicable. If you have to reply to the person and say something, let your words always be positive and keep conversation to a minimum. You can deal with a negative person or group of people and remain a positive and effective thought leader. You are what you think.
