#HumanResources: Ever Had an Acting Manager Say Something ‘Off the Cuff’ to You?

There’s times when an employer, acting manger, or supervisor on duty says under the table things to a targeted employee when no one is around. Employers, supervisors, and acting shift managers on duty who engage in such acts think they can do things like that and nothing will happen to them. Fact is, when they say or do things when no one is around to witness what they’ve said or done to you then try to turn the tables and say you’re the problem, guess what? GOD saw what they did even before they committed the act. The LORD Jesus Christ who is GOD is “Mr. know it all!” Nothing can be hidden from HIM nor can HE be lied to.

Hint: When people in positions of authority do things like that to a targeted employee, they have no clue they’re making the target person a future “side hustle millionaire.”
