Some people wage war against God when they secretly plot to have you terminated from your job and derail your life progress. The battle is not yours… It’s the Lord‘s!

Positive thinking has a unique way of overcoming any adversity in your life. Whether it’s family members turning on you and slandering you, and employer and co-workers or some co-workers allegedly plotting in secrecy to have you terminated or whatever the case may be, always maintain a positive mindset and calm demeanor. People want to see you act out and it doesn’t matter who it is. When you do the transformation spiritual work striving for excellence, be ready for anything adverse coming your way.
Worst case scenario is you get terminated for a wrongful reason. Even if you get terminated for a wrongful reason or whatever the case may be by your boss and some co-workers setting you up, keep your head held high and maintain a positive attitude walking out the door. With that said, those you feel are allegedly plotting on you who might be the boss and some of your coworkers may try to spark conversation with you in saying certain words on the way out the door. Do not respond and ignore. Keep a smile on your face and don’t let them see you sweat. This is true transformation of character when you don’t react the way people expect you to.
The transformation of character and humility is when you withhold your tongue and maintain a positive mindset. Always know in the back of your mind even if you get terminated on any given day for whatever reason, there’s other opportunities in the world. It’s not the end of the world for you and the Lord Jesus Christ who is God and God alone will make a way out of no way for you. When anyone in life sets out to derail your progress, it is classified as “subliminal spiritual warfare.”
Your test in life whether it’s in employment termination, separation from family members, loss of income, a relationship breakup, marriage issues, and being falsely accused are nothing more than trials and tribulations and all shapes and sizes. Your trials and tribulations have secret lessons to be learned. Lessons are taught for our spiritual and physical health. The main lesson that should be learned is to stay on your knees in prayer and relying on the Lord Jesus Christ who is God and God alone for your full spiritual strength to overcome whatever you’re going through in the moment.
Always know if someone or a group of people are plotting to get you fired from your job, that experience alone has a unique way of making you stronger. So what if people are hoping you get fired and contemplating on getting your employment terminated? That’s a stepping stone to spiritual greatness and they’re doing you a favor by strengthening your hand. The best case scenario is it teaches you a lesson to not only stay in prayer to the Lord Jesus in making a way out of no way for you, but helping you to establish closer relations to Christ. Nothing good or bad can happen in this world without God‘s permission.
With that said…don’t sweat the small potatoes and the little people on your job trying to get you fired. They too need love. Spread love to them also and still say good morning and be cordial, even if the employer and or co-workers are allegedly disrespectful. Keep moving forward with your life by running and thinking positive and using negative experiences as a means of keeping you spiritually one step ahead of them while you rely on the Lord Jesus to build up your full spiritual and physical strength. Lastly, it’s not about how long it takes for you to achieve your spiritual and earthly goals. It’s all about the end result. The best-case scenario is the Lord Jesus Christ will bring you out of your trials and tribulations and see to it you become a true life champion as well as a living testimony to others how God brought you through the most troubling times of your life, using you as a vessel for winning souls for Him!
Hang in there. Do not under any circumstances disrespect your boss or coworkers now that you know they’re plotting to get you fired. Keep them baffled about what makes you tick because they are fighting against God, not you. You can think positive while your employer and some co-workers are trying to get you fired. How you handle adversity now builds spiritual strength in relying on the Lord Jesus Christ with the humble opportunity of increasing your net worth silently. When you get through your woes, not only do you give God His due credit and praise first, but tithe unto the Lord through voluntary giving to your church and helping with church-related activities.
