Narcissist employers enjoy secretly setting up target employees for wrongful termination. They sit and patiently study their prey before dropping the axe. At times, a narcissist employer has so many skeletons in their closet that they will use certain employees as smokescreen game to create enmity between the targeted employee and coworkers as a reason to terminate the worker. The arrogant narcissistic who has their eyes set on the targeted employee for termination has a personal vendetta against the person and also has secrets from their past hidden they don’t want surfaced. So they use the targeted individual as a way of keeping things swept under the rug hoping they wouldn’t get caught and pin everything on the targeted employee for the reason of termination. Little do narcissists employers know their plans will spiritually backfire on the day of Pentecost.

 

If there’s anything a narcissistic employer hates to know and see is the person they targeted for wrongful termination ends up a millionaire years later. They may spontaneously bump into them in passing while driving, at the shopping mall, or in places like Walmart, Target, Lord & Taylor, Bloomingdale’s, King of Prussia mall, Franklin Mills, Christiana Mall, or and random restaurants. The Narcissist employer will completely feel bothered after discovering the one they secretly got terminated is the same one that became a secret millionaire. That would completely work the spiritual crap out of any employer that did a former employee wrong. And knowing that narcissist employer can’t open their mouth to other one word to that person. Maintaining positive thoughts and a Visionary mind for the future helps anyone weather any and all adversity by looking to the future and doing the transformation business work out of inspiration or desperation.
