#BrightFuture: Pressing On the Upward Way

It’s no easy job to stay motivated in a journey to lose weight. We lose weight, gain weight, lose it again. It’s an up and down process that we strive to stay afloat on. When we accomplish successful weight loss, it alters our way of thinking. And, when the way of thinking is altered, surely it is changed for the good of positively inspiring others around us. Losing weight is one thing; keeping it off is another.

It’s another beautiful day in the blessed round of making healthy spiritual changes. Welcome back to this site. It’s a pleasure to have you here, as a first time or repeat site visitor.

 

To wake up and see the sun in the morning is a blessing. To get up out of your bed and either get your children ready for school, and or get ready to go to work in the morning is a blessing. Just to wake up see the beautiful sky and sun one more time is a blessing.

Put a positive foot for today in all you do, by encouraging someone to make positive changes in their life in the new year. Tell someone they’re not the only one that is going through things in life. Do an act of kindness for stranger, and walk away. Give to others freely, and allow the act of giving of free will strengthen the positive quality of your heart. Do it just because it will help you improve as a person, not just in the new year but years to come.

Friendly encouragement just for you: In your daily endeavors this week, it’s always a plus to start your day with brief walking, jogging, or some creative form of cardiovascular activity. When we exercise our minds and outer temple, we allow positive and infinite possibilities to grace us spontaneously.

Exercise and cardiovascular activity increases mental and spiritual intelligence. Eating healthy in your daily strides towards living healthier produces long-term health and vitality for years to come residually.

The best healthcare can’t be purchased; it has to be set in stone and built upon a solid foundation, by your investment in yourself through thinking healthy, eating healthy, acting healthy, and exercising often to stay healthy.

Remember to pass the torch of inspiration to others, and always give thanks for your struggles and humble beginnings. To your success in health and wellness.
