#CalmDemeanor: Ignoring #Actions of the ‘Younger’ #ActingManager on Duty

The ONE whom the human eye can’t see pre-documented every fine detail others fail to unravel. Mistreating employees doesn’t get swept under the rug at all.

When you’re working for someone else and the general manager hands over duties to the acting manager who might be 10+ years younger than yourself, it’s a good idea to have 0% conversation with them. Reason being is because as the job they’re probably on is the first job they ever had in life and recently graduated from college, they might try little nitpicking here and there just to see if they can get a reaction from you and test the waters to see how far they can take things with you. By all means humble yourself, ignore them, do your job. Anything they might try to slide out from underneath their breath by saying under the table when no one else is around to witness them…let it fall on deaf ears and keep trucking. You’re there to do your job and not have personal conversation nor offer reactions.

Younger acting managers on duty tend to say and do little things go gain working world experience. They’ll make attempts from time to time do say and do things to older employees as a way of learning the ropes. When they try something, make sure to document everything. And if you’re able to, record on the spot while at your desk working and they’re saying stuff to you. This way, you can take your recorder and backtrack every word they said in documenting everything accordingly.

When the acting manager sends you home early from your shift for no reason, document that too. It makes great blog and website content later down the road so others know what to look for when they’re being attacked by a narcissist store manager and acting manager on duty. They don’t know, but they gave you that extra push needed to become a millionaire in the near future. And they get 0% roi. Free money and success is everywhere.

Little does your younger acting manager and narcissist general manager – employer know the dirt they do to you doesn’t go unnoticed. SOMEONE knows.
