Have you worked on a job before with no union to fight for you? Have you been on a job before where there were no employment benefits such as paid sick leave or paid vacation time and you had to work every weekend? Have you been in a situation on the job where as your employer secretly threatened you and did so in a way that it’s hard to prove because the person who they threatened you in front of is an employee and refuses to be your witness? If your employer threatened you on the job and you felt they would do something to you if you told on them, the first step you need to take is mentally document the date and exact time your employer or on-duty store manager threatened to you. It’s important to document all occurrences of employer insubordination because you need to keep an accurate record of insubordinate occurrences on your employer’s behalf. Your employer should never get away with saying or doing things under the table to you and get away with it.

When your employer threatens you whether it’s in front of other employees or threatens you while sitting alone at your desk doing your job, not only do you need to accurately document the date and exact time the employer insubordinate occurrence happened, but you also need to keep quiet. Reason being is because you don’t want your evil employer to twist your words around and make it seem as if you threatened them. You don’t want anyone calling the police and falsely accusing you in the workplace which is why you should not give a reaction to your insubordinate employer. Let the occurrence of threats be on them while you keep your lips zipped.

When your employer says and does things in the future that you feel threatened bye, document exact dates and times. Be mindful to have your smart phone turned on and record in the moment while you’re doing your job and your employer is hurling negative things and threats toward you. This way, you have an audio version of your insubordinate employer threatening you while you’re doing your job and being the employee and doing the job they hired you to do. Even if human resources or corporate does nothing to your employer after reporting them for employee insubordination and threatening you, at least you have your personal record on file of what your employer said and did to you that you felt threatened by.

They inspired you to go into business for yourself and steered you on the right path for entrepreneurial greatness. Their failure in trying to trap you is going to be your near future million dollar success story how your former employer made you rich right underneath their nose after doing you wrong!
