#PositveThinking: How to Deal with Verbally ‘Smelly People’ in the Workplace

Facts: Threatening a child of GOD leaves anyone open to being dealt with by The LORD, not by the person they threatened to bring a gun to work to threaten. When your former employer (acting store manager (s) on duty) mentions things while sitting behind your back when no one’s around to hear and witness them saying “I’m going to bring a gun to work,” just know that GOD heard them.

  1. Look to the future: Your haters in the moment are your biggest motivators. Someone, somewhere will try your nerves. You never know where your test will come from; a barely English speaking co-worker, a family member, a phony childhood friend who turns on you because of money and jealousy, or a narcissist employer who sets you up for wrongful termination because you shamelessly claimed religion on the job before people and didn’t care about getting fired for it.
  2. Keep your mouth: Positive thinking reminds you that “this is just a test.” When someone conjures up the nerve to say something directly to your face or sitting next to you on the job, the best day to defeat a demon is to “ignore.” Who hates to be ignored the most more than Satan and his imps? Think positive, give no reaction, and keep doing your jobby job to the best of your ability, knowing in the back of your mind that everytime someone talks greasy to you, you end up profiting from them. Don’t allow them a return on their investment by giving a reaction. Accept their gift of giving you their time to say something to you and allowing you to “rent space in their head,” knowing your worth is “priceless.” Their jealousy and envy of you will make you a “side hustle millionaire” in due time. Do the transformation work out of inspiration or desperation and profit from your naysayers beyond the financial aspect.

Stay tuned. More to come on “how to profit off of haters in the workplace,” and go from “#TerminatedToMillionaire.”
