There’s always some women quietly lurking around in the workplace with a roaming nose subliminally waiting to inhale a man’s scent. Her hormones allegedly go AWOL when she smells certain fragrances on a man such as Givenchy.com and Versace.com colognes. She’ll know if you’re switching up on cologne by the way she acts and reats toward you on certain days upon checking in to work.
If you’re looking to maintain gainful employment with the company you work for or just using the employer for the moment as a “bridge job,” you’ll want to be mindful about wearing certain brand name cologne to work. There are some female employees who take it upon themselves to put their hands on your shoulder and stand next to you for periods of time to get a whiff of your cologne. That can be classified as “workplace harassment.” And there are also some women on the job that have it in the back of their mind that if they can’t have that man that keeps wearing good smelling cologne all to herself, she’ll secretly conspire with her employer to set the stage for the man’s termination. They’ll make up a weak reason to have him fired.
Two things you never do in your place of employment:
- Sleep with people you work with
- Avoid wearing certain cologne and parfums
