Something to #Think About: #Employer to #Employee #Harassment

Many employers secretly get away with harassing targeted employees and sweep it under the rug either by writing them up and casting the targeted employee in a negative light. Or find something else to try and trump a case up against the targeted employee. Most employers secretly harass, talk down to them in passing calling them yes men and discussing in the open things about being overweight, etc. On the day the employer secretly setup with the H.R. generalist to have the targeted employee terminated, the employer who’s scheduled for work doesn’t appear. They were also scheduled to work the day before but doesn’t show up until late afternoon, close to the time the targeted employees’ shift ends.

When your employer secretly harasses you, document the exact day, time, and words verbatim. After they get your fired from your job wrongfully, do not act out on the way out the door nor say anything that could be misconstrued for the wrong thing and have your Human Resources generalist or employer wrongfully contact the community outreach people services.
