#TransformationTuesday: Moving Forward With New Years Spiritual and Physical Fitness Goals

Your new years goals should include first and foremost reading more Scripture. We, including the founder of this site, do slip and let days go by not reading Scripture. Spiritual fitness includes building spiritual muscle and building up spiritually striated muscle by reading the BIBLE. Doing so will make anyone stronger. When you miss days or weeks, repent for it, pick yourself up, and begin again in reading Scriptures to comfort you and build up your spiritual fitness.

It’s good solid nutrition super transformation Tuesday. Be thankful for any and all healthy changes you’re quietly accomplishing. If you’ve fallen a bit with
eating
and or missing workouts or cardio at the gym, don’t give up. Pick yourself up and keep doing the transformation work, while believing you can achieve greater things. Don’t ever surrender. Keep fighting like a true champion and with a heart of humility.
