Negative Motivation Can be the Catalyst for Greatness

Thought of the day:  When you have a shift V.P., a co-worker bragging about one of their parents being a detective to another person within your listening distance as a means of indirectly harassing you, and operations coordinator directly harassing you because your Cologne smells too attractive and uses the excuse of allergies as a means of getting you in trouble, and your employer allowing harassment to continue towards you, this is your indirect calling to side hustle entrepreneurship.

Stay humble in the workplace, let your words be few, do your job to the best of your ability, look to the future, and get that side hustle going while you have your job. The job you have now is just a bridge to entrepreneurial greatness. It’s a mental, spiritual and entrepreneurial training exercise for handling people related issues. You’re too different to be on that job as a full-time career.

As a millionaire in the making, you’re supposed to go through workplace related issues not just with your employer, AVP, operations coordinator, and the shift vice president and coworkers, but also with backbiting hypocritical family members. If you learn how to deal with people now and move forward in the uncertain game called life, you’ll succeed spiritually and entrepreneurially beyond goals set for yourself.

Don’t let anyone bring you down to their level to the point of giving up on yourself and making you their slave. The last thing someone wants to know or see after rejecting you off wrongfully terminating you is that you succeeded without them and became more than just a side hustle millionaire.
